NASSAU, The Bahamas (January 11, 2022) — George Damianos, Chief Executive Officer for Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, and Lana Rademaker, Chief Brokerage Officer, are pleased to announce the company’s top producers and listing agents for 2021.

Nick Damianos is the company’s overall Top Producer and Listing Agent for 2021. Mark Hussey is Top Producer and Top Listing Agent for the Nassau Sales Team and Bianca Aranha is the Top Producer of Bahamas Sotheby’s International Realty, the newly established Baha Mar-based subsidiary of Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty.  Awarded Top Producer and Top Listing Agent in Abaco is Christopher Albury. Jonathan Morris earned the title of Top Producer for the Eleuthera Sales Team and Angelika Bacchus is named the Top Listing Agent in the Eleuthera market.  

In addition to the brokerage’s top producers for each market, they announced their sales agents who received the Circle of Excellence Award. Recognized as the firm’s elite group of top performing sales agents for 2021, the Circle of Excellence Award went to Vanessa Ansell and Christopher Ansell of The Ansell Group, Samira Coleby, Monty Roberts, Craig Pinder and Christina Cunningham.

Nick Damianos was the company’s overall Top Producer and Listing Agent, followed by Mark Hussey, and Christopher Ansell of The Ansell Group. Hope Town-based Jane Patterson was Top Producer in Abaco while Spanish Wells-based estate agent Darrin Sands earned the title of Top Producer in the Eleuthera market.

DAMIANOS SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY ANNOUNCES TOP LISTING AGENTS FOR 2019

 

NASSAU, The Bahamas (Jan. 17, 2020) — George Damianos, Chief Executive Officer for Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, and Lana Rademaker, Chief Brokerage Officer, are pleased to announce the company’s top listing agents for 2019.

Mark Hussey and Bianca Aranha, who work together as Team Hussey, were the company’s overall Top Listing Agents with a total of $56M in property value listed. Mitzi Pearce earned the title of Top Listing Agent in the Abaco market, while Joan Braithwaite and Angelika Bacchus share the title of Top Listing Agents in Eleuthera as Team Bacchus-Braithwaite.

“Last year was a strong year for our agents who operate as teams,” said Rademaker. “The real estate market in The Bahamas continues to get more and more competitive and we’re finding that the team structure is beneficial in terms of being able to cover more ground and offer clients even more personalized attention.”

Hussey and Aranha began working together as a team in 2018, while Bacchus and Braithwaite paired up in January 2019.

“Servicing clients is our top priority,” Braithwaite added. “Working together means that one, if not both, of us is physically present for our clients at all times so we can continue to provide the personalized service we’ve each built our professional reputations on.”

Similarly, Pearce said that nurturing long-term relationships with her clients was key in maintaining a strong foot hold in the Abaco market. Since Hurricane Dorian made landfall in Abaco last September, Pearce has continued to work with clients from her new home base in Nassau.

“I have learned a lot about Nassau in a short amount of time, and I take every opportunity to pass on this new knowledge to clients who are curious about other locations in The Bahamas,” Pearce said. “Plus, I am in constant touch with my network in Abaco so I am always up-to-speed on recovery and rebuilding efforts so I can advise my clients and potential investors accordingly.”
