Devonshire House is a historic Colonial office building ideally situated next to the US Embassy in the heart of Downtown Nassau. Built in 1840, its columned doorway, fretwork balconies, spacious rooms, and deeply recessed windows showcase the grand British Colonial architecture of the 19th century. Renovated and modernized throughout the years the building is currently being used as a private bank with ten (10) separate offices, a welcoming reception and conference room, multiple IT rooms, as well as male and female restrooms on both the ground and first floor. Building has a security system, central air conditioning, a fully paved parking lot with 21 parking spaces, a full-service 100KW standby generator, and controlled entrance and exits. Additional special features include a basement (currently being used for secure file storage) and expansive street-side verandas.
