Lot 63 is in the Peaceful subdivision of Abaco Ocean Club on Lubbers Quarters, a 10 min Boat ride from Elbow Cay and 15 min Boat ride from Marsh Harbour. Lot 63 is on the southern west side of the Island, one lot in from the water. It does not come with a slip but there is docking at the public dock on the westside and a community space in the marina area. Build a two story cottage and you can catch the sunset to the west.
