Steve Donovan is a native of New York City and a 20 year resident of the beautiful Exuma Cays in The Bahamas. Prior to settling in the Exuma Cays, Steve spent 15 years cruising the Bahamian and Caribbean waters as a mega yacht captain. The lure of the water and beaches of The Bahamas captivated him, and for the past 10 years he has been managing an exclusive private island estate. Steve has an intimate knowledge of private islands and estates and the people that buy and sell them. He has sold and managed some of the most exclusive islands in The Bahamas over the last 15 years . His energy, enthusiasm and experience provide a professional, positive and realistic experience for those wishing to acquire or sell properties in the Exuma Cays. Steve has a 14 year old daughter who shares the passion of island life. He is fluent in German and Spanish and his hobbies include boating, diving, hiking, tennis and bicycle touring.
