This off-grid cottage runs on a 12V solar system which is completely adaptable. Water is supplied by rainwater catchment, including a cement cistern and separate holding tank. The property consists of one lot ,0.22 acres, and is located within the serene, rural area of Eleuthera Island Shores. The landscaped gardens utilize the natural rock and native plants and trees, making the setting a natural wonder!

The pleasant settlement of Gregory Town is just 5 minutes north where you will find restaurants, shops and fuel. Enjoy the annual Pineapple Festival in June, visit the luxurious Cove Resort or hop on a water taxi to explore Harbour Island or Spanish Wells. Other nearby sites to visit are the Glass Window Bridge and Queens Bath. Conveniently located, the North Eleuthera Airport is a 20-minute drive north with direct international and domestic flights.
