The cottage features a queen bedroom suite connected to the loggia capturing breathtaking ocean views through the indigenous palms and is a bit closer to the ocean. The second queen bedroom suite is aptly named "Sunset" and features its own balcony overlooking the fountain and the sunsets.


The third building nearest the ocean and beach was completed in 2022 and is a two-story pool house with a naturally warming Venetian pool. The unique design includes a pool-level furnished loggia.


Around the corner at pool level is a king bedroom suite and upstairs on the ocean side is an additional spacious king suite affording a generous size terrace overlooking the pool with spectacular views of the beach. All three homes are conveniently connected by lighted walkways.
