The Residences at The Reef are full 100% ownership condominiums that can be placed in a condo rental pool operated by Atlantis. Reef condos that are placed in the rental pool are exempt from annual property tax. The rental pool allows Reef condo owners to derive revenue from their units when they are not using them.
