Debbie Reid

A long-standing member of the Bahamian community, Debbie Reid has built a sterling professional and personal reputation for being a steward of service, hospitality, and enterprise. Originally from Australia, Debbie spent 15 years working in hotels around the world, including in major cities across Australia, Asia, and the U.S., before moving to Nassau. Since 2008 she has successfully scaled a thrivingproperty management and lifestyle business servicing high-end residential markets around New Providence such as Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay, Sandyport and Paradise Island.

With the mission statement for her business being “No is not an option,' Debbie prides herself in providing exceptional service based on precise attention to detail. Relationship-building is the top priority for Debbie and the driving force behind her success. When she’s not attending to her clients, Debbie enjoys participating in triathlons and has a particular passion for swimming and fitness which has led her to beautiful locations where she combines her love of travel with participating in sporting events. During her “downtime,” Debbie enjoys cooking for friends and family and during COVID quarantines even built a healthy side business by baking and selling muffins out of her home. More recently, she has added homemade mango and passionfruit ice cream to her entrepreneurial menu.

Never one to miss a sunrise, Debbie starts the day early to ensure as much work-life balance as possible and is the proud Mum of two daughters, both of whom now live in Australia making The Reid Girls experts at long-distance relationships.
