The Residences at Atlantis, also known as the Reef Condominiums (as they are located in the Atlantis Resort’s ultra-luxurious Reef Tower) are the perfect hassle-free vacation condo. The Residences at The Reef are full 100% ownership condominiums that can be placed in a condo rental pool operated by Atlantis. Reef condos that are placed in the rental pool are exempt from annual property tax. The rental pool allows Reef condo owners to derive revenue from their units when they are not using them. The Atlantis Resort Management Team handles all of the bookings and takes care of the maintenance of the unit – the perfect way to enjoy hassle-free condo ownership in the Bahamas!
