This custom designed home was built by a contractor with 30 years building experience in Florida. The roof is engineered for 180 M.P.H. wind loads with the highest rated tie downs that Simpson strong ties makes, most are stainless. The walls are 5,000 P.S.I. concrete with fiberglass, from the top of the house, to the bottom with 2 inch dense foam added to all exterior walls, both inside, and outside. All walls, and ceilings, interior, and exterior are covered with concrete board, no drywall and all electrical is upgraded above code. .
