MACK ALTIDOR JOINS DAMIANOS SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY AS AN ESTATE AGENT

NASSAU, The Bahamas (June 7, 2021) — George Damianos, Chief Executive Officer for Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, and Lana Rademaker, Chief Brokerage Officer, are pleased to announce the addition of  Mack Altidor to the sales team in Nassau.

Most recently a sales agent with the luxury  condominium project One Ocean Bahamas on Paradise Island, Altidor has a strong sales record cultivated over the course of his 12-year tenure in real estate, along with deep community ties in both Nassau and Abaco.

In addition to his successful track record with One Ocean Bahamas, Altidor  worked at The Bakers Bay Golf and Ocean Club in Great Guana Cay Abaco, Bahamas, and was a leading sales manager at Schooner Bay Village on Great Abaco. During this time in Abaco, in 2013, Altidor led an effort to help restore lives of the people in the Haitian Villages after they were devastated by a string of fire incidents that burned down their villages in Marsh Harbour and Sandbanks. He is also regularly involved in annual back-to-school fundraisers and food drives. In 2019, Altidor spearheaded an effort which assisted in the search and rescue of persons that were listed as missing after Hurricane Dorian, an effort that ultimately reunited 200 families. Altidor’s ongoing community work and mentorship has also assisted 14 young men and counting in their pursuit of higher education.

Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty Grows Sales Team In Key Markets

NASSAU, The Bahamas (March 17, 2021) — George Damianos, Chief Executive Officer for Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, and Lana Rademaker, Chief Brokerage Officer, are pleased to announce the addition of three new estate agents: Colleen Carey, who will be based in the Harbour Island office in Eleuthera, Scott Ferguson, who will be based in Treasure Cay, Abaco, and Candis Lakin who will join the sales team in Nassau.

“We’ve seen an increase in activity in all markets since travel restrictions began to lift in January,” Rademaker said. “Eleuthera, including Harbour Island and Spanish Wells, has been a particularly active market over the past six months with a strong demand for turnkey beachfront homes and oceanfront estates. We are also very encouraged by the surge of interest in Abaco properties which will contribute to the ongoing rebuilding efforts post-Hurricane Dorian.

Formerly a co-owner of Studio Ohana in Nassau, Carey has returned to The Bahamas after spending a period of time in the U.S.
