The Home it self is fully equipped with it's own private movie theater with 12 reclining movie seats on platforms. Throughout the home there are 7 TV's with DVD players and satellite. The office is equipped with high speed satellite Internet, a Dell computer, fax machine and printer. In addition to having the beach only steps from the front door, there is an infinity pool and a Jacuzzi that each have separate heaters. Also available are 2 kayaks, beach toys, and snorkeling gear. There is a gym that is separate from the house as not to disturb other guests. The gym features a wide variety of machinery and equipment such as a commercial cybex machine, a stair master, a lifecycle recumbent bike, exercise mats and dumbbells from 5 to 50 pounds with a separate bench.
