Chub Cay, located 35 miles northwest of Nassau and 125 miles from South Florida. It borders a deep sea gully known as the “pocket”, earning it the moniker “Bill Fish capital of The Bahamas.” The private island resort comprises 845 acres of which 300 acres are developable.
