Über 9&10 Island Road

Located on the north side of the Island at Schooner Bay ideal suited for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath island cottage. The Island at Schooner Bay, accessed by golf cart and pedestrian, has only 24 houses on it, all with small docks for small vessels (to 40ft.). Lots U9&U10 are on the north side of the island facing the forest and secondary dune, offering more than 80ft of waterfront, with direct access to the island promenade that encircles the entire island. A short 1 min. walk brings one to the Schooner Bay beach cabana and main beach (2.5 miles long). Within a 5-7 minute walk is The Sandpiper Inn, the Harbour General Store, Blackfly Lodge, Schooner marina dock, organic farm and Little Bridge Beach. Lots U9&U10 allow for a 1-story house with loft. Several house designs available and purchase price includes a set of approved plans. Strict architectural guidelines require designs must be approved before construction.
