First up on the Farm and Ranch 2015 Significant Sales list are two separate homes, one located in California, and the other in New Mexico, both sold for an undisclosed figure. Next is “Hall Ranch”, a 421 acre sanctuary with gentle rolling hills located in California that sold for $11 million. The fourth property on this list is also located in the state of California. “Thousand Oaks Equestrian Ranch” situated in the historic Hidden Valley community, sold for $10.5 million. The other significant sales for the Farm and Ranch 2015 issue were also in Colorado, Hawaii, Florida, Texas, Vermont, North Carolina, Wyoming, and Rhode Island.
